A two-day itinerary designed to discover Caorle through the senses: the scent of the sea, the taste of maritime cuisine, the slow rhythm of the lagoon and the territory. For couples and small international groups, with multilingual guides.

The experience

Two days to feel Caorle, not just see it.

Caorle with Taste is an experience dedicated to those who want to know the territory in depth: couples and small international groups (6–12 people) who love slow travel, narrated visits and authentic experiences.

The first day opens with welcome in the old town, continues with a narrated visit weaving history and legend, a lunch at a typical restaurant, a Nordic Walking session in the lagoon and an experiential dinner with local wines.

The second day is dedicated to hands-in-dough: a cooking class with a local chef teaches you to prepare one or two dishes of Caorle tradition, followed by a lunch with what was prepared and a digital recipe book to take home.

Tour of the Santo Stefano Cathedral, Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Angelo, alleys and colorful houses, with tales of Venetian maritime traditions.

Tasting menu with fresh fish appetizer, traditional maritime first course and a glass of Venetian local wine.

Rural Nordic Walking

Session with certified guide between lagoon, fields and reed-thatched casoni. Walking sticks provided. Closing with mindfulness and breathing moment.

Dinner with restaurateur's storytelling, local wine pairing (Lison Pramaggiore, Venezia DOC) and dishes that tell the Venetian maritime cuisine.

Cooking class & recipe book

Welcome point in the heart of the old town. A certified local guide welcomes the group, delivers the welcome kit (illustrated map, storytelling booklet, typical local products) and introduces the program with the first stories of the territory.

Visita narrata del old town

An immersive experience through the Santo Stefano Cathedral with its thousand-year-old cylindrical bell tower, the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Angelo overlooking the sea, the colorful alleys and fishermen's houses. The guide weaves history, legends and maritime traditions into the visit.

Tasting menu built as a sensory journey: fresh local fish appetizer from Caorle fishermen, traditional maritime first course chosen based on the catch of the day, accompanied by a glass of local wine and territory storytelling.

Rural Nordic Walking & mindfulness

Transfer to the surrounding countryside, where lagoon, fields and fishing casoni create a landscape of rare tranquility. Nordic Walking session with certified guide closed by a moment of mindfulness and conscious breathing on the water.

Experiential dinner at restaurant

More than a meal: a cultural act. The restaurateur tells the origin of the fish on the plate, the history of recipes handed down from generation to generation, the perfect pairing with Lison Pramaggiore and Venezia DOC wines.

Cooking class con cuoco locale

The most participatory moment of the entire itinerary. Guests put on the apron and let themselves be guided in preparing 1–2 dishes of Caorle tradition. At the end of the course, a lunch with what was prepared and the branded Seaway Travel digital recipe book to take home.
